We turn datainto action.
Kenshi.AI is a Kigali-based AI company. We help organizations make sense of their data, build AI-powered products, and develop the technical talent to sustain it all — right here in Africa.
Registered with RDB · Kigali-based team · AI & Healthcare expertise
Most African organizations already have what they need to make better decisions. They just can't access it yet — because turning raw data into real insight takes the kind of technical depth that's been hard to find locally. Until now.
Our team brings direct experience across AI engineering and the healthcare sector. That means we've worked in environments where getting something wrong has real consequences — and where good data infrastructure genuinely saves time, money, and sometimes more than that.
Three things we do well.
We don't try to do everything. These three areas are where we focus, and where we can genuinely help.
Data Analytics & Automation
Your data is telling a story. We help you read it — then act on it. From building the pipeline that collects it cleanly, to dashboards your team will actually use, to predictive models that flag what's coming before it arrives. If you've been running on gut feel when you could be running on evidence, that's where we start.
How we do it →Idea to Working Product
You have an idea for an AI-powered product. Maybe it's clear in your head but you don't have the engineering team to build it. We've been on both sides of that conversation — the business side and the technical side. We assess whether an idea holds up, scope what the first version should look like, and build it with you from code to deployment.
How we do it →AI Training & Talent
We're building a training environment where people learn AI by working on real projects — not by watching videos or collecting certificates. Our first cohort launches this summer. Beyond that, if your organization wants to upskill a team internally, we design and run that program with you. The goal: your people leaving with skills they can actually use the next day.
How we do it →What "data analytics" actually means for your organization
It doesn't start with machine learning. It usually starts with a spreadsheet that's gotten out of hand, or a reporting process that takes three people a week to run, or a set of numbers that nobody trusts because everyone's pulling from a different source.
We've seen it. We fix it — methodically. Clean the data first. Build reliable pipelines so you're not doing it again next month. Then build the intelligence layer: dashboards that show the right things to the right people, predictive models that give you a head start on what's likely to happen, automation that removes the manual work your team shouldn't be doing.
We don't promise transformation in a week. We promise work that actually holds up.

BI dashboards
Designed for the person who'll use it every day — not the person who commissioned it.
Predictive analytics
Models that tell you what's likely coming — demand, risk, churn, anomalies — with enough lead time to act.
Process automation
The manual steps your team does repeatedly — we build the system that does them instead.
The training program is not a side project.
We're building it as a pipeline — because the best proof that we know AI is producing people who can do it.
Our first cohort starts this summer. University students, recent graduates, professionals making a transition into AI — they'll work on real projects, with real data, alongside our technical team. Not a mock environment. Not simulated tasks. If it's good enough, it ships.
We're also set up to run training inside organizations. If you have a team that needs to understand data and AI at a working level — not conceptually, but practically — we build and deliver that program for you.

Learning by building — not by watching
We practice what we pitch — RadAIx
We tell organizations we can build AI products. RadAIx is the proof. It's an AI-assisted medical imaging platform we're building for African hospitals — specifically to help flag urgent brain scans faster in clinical environments that don't have enough specialist radiologists. Built on our own expertise, for a problem we understand technically and clinically.

Why being from here changes the work
We know the infrastructure
Connectivity gaps, hardware constraints, budget realities — we design for what actually exists in African institutions, not what exists in a US data center.
Experience where it counts
Our team's background spans AI engineering and the healthcare sector. We've worked where getting the data wrong has real consequences — that shapes how carefully we build.
We build capacity, not dependency
When we train someone, they stay. When we build something, we document it properly. The goal is your team running these systems — not needing us indefinitely.
Priced for this market
No inflated consulting rates imported from abroad. We work at prices that make sense for Rwandan and African organizations — without cutting corners on the engineering.
Let's have a real conversation.
